1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Multiplist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Multiplist is a knowledge vault and extraction platform that allows you to save AI conversations, documents, and transcripts, and extract structured meaning from them. The Service is accessible via the multiplist.ai website, MCP protocol connections (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, and other compatible clients), and REST API.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and MCP tokens. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you save to your vault. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your content for any other purpose, including training AI models.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' vaults
- Use the Service to store or distribute malware
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the MCP protocol
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service
6. MCP and API Access
MCP tokens and API keys are provided for your personal or authorized business use. You are responsible for securing your tokens. Tokens can be revoked at any time. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access that degrades service quality for other users.
7. LLM Processing
The extraction features use third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). By using extraction features, you acknowledge that your content will be sent to these providers for processing. You can configure which provider is used in your settings.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
